Connecting your Travel Agents to Zepto is easy, and Zepto offers two seamless ways to onboard your agents.

You can onboard your agents regardless if they have a Zepto account or not, however, your agent may enjoy the reconciliation benefits of Zepto and you can invite them to join by sending them the following link:

Simple easy sign-up and it's free for them to use.

Option 1: Travel Agent has a Zepto Account

If your agent has a Zepto account you can connect directly from your Zepto dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Zepto account

  2. Click on Contacts

  3. Enter Agents name in the 'search Zepto accounts' field in the right-hand side.

  4. Add the contact once you've found your agent.

  5. Click on Agreements

  6. Click on Purpose agreement and select 'To a Zepto contact'

  7. Enter your payment terms, and submit.

  8. Your agent will accept your agreement

*note: payment terms are optional if you leave the terms blank you'll have no limits on your trading terms.

If your agent doesn't have a Zepto account or its a 1-time booking of new group or agent you can send them an Agreement link to connect.

  1. Log in to your Account

  2. Click Agreements

  3. Click on Propose Agreement and select 'To anyone'

  4. Enter Agreement title, payment terms and save

  5. Scroll down to Open Agreements and click on 'View link'

  6. Copy the link and send to Agent: email, SMS

*You can use the same Agreement link for multiple agents and save multiple agreements to support different payment terms.
