How To Manage Your Notifications Through Zepto UI

Transparency is core to Zepto, so we offer a heap of notification options ensuring you're always informed of what's happening within your account. See below for how you can manage your notifications directly from your Zepto account.

Change email notifications for your Zepto account

This section explains how to manage your email notifications. You can enable/disable these preferences at any time. These settings are managed at a per account level and need to changed by individual users for their respective accounts.

  1. Log into your Zepto account.

  2. Click on your name in the top left-hand corner.

  3. Click on Settings.

  4. Click on Preferences to manage your notifications.  

  5. Enable/disable as required

  6. Click Update

Managing multiple Zepto accounts?
If you are managing multiple Zepto accounts you can set your notifications on a per-account basis.  

Change Account details

In this section, we will discuss how to change remitter names, Accounts emails, and claims/disputes emails. Please follow the below steps.

  1. Login into your account

  2. Click on your name from the top left corner of the screen

  3. Click on Settings

  4. Click on Account

  5. Click Update
